Our K-5 program offers a  collaborative model that has teachers planning together to meet the needs of every child.  It lays a foundation for solid growth and rigor in grades K - 8.   Our K-2 program  offers a Heritage Language Literacy program for our Somali students and additional teacher assistants in Kindergarten up through 4th and 5th grade. The additional support will add to our teacher's ability to differentiate instruction, raise expectations for all learners and offer a more challenging program for all our students. We also have Reeading Corps memebers working with our Hi-5 through 3 grade students and Americorps members working with our middle school ELL students. The Middle School model includes four core courses (Math, Science, Language Arts, and Social Studies) but will also offer creative electives that will allow an opportunity to offer enrichment and acceleration, as well as, remediation for those that need it.
