The school symbol of Anne Sullivan Communication Center (ASCC) is circle-shaped. Around the outside edge is the name of our school. In the center of the circle are the letters "ASCC." Around those initials are six hands of different colors reaching out to each other.
The circle is a powerful symbol to show that we are united in a cooperative community called Anne Sullivan. The hands represent communication and show the diversity within our building. They reach out to remind us to work together as a team.
The school symbol was developed in art classes at Anne Sullivan Communication Center.
Our school colors are black and white.
When ideas are communicated clearly, especially in writing, they are said to be "in black and white." Because many forms of communication are important to our school community, black and white are fitting school colors.
Sullivan wear, including sweatshirts, T-shirts, and other items, will be for sale throughout the school year. Every Friday is Sullivan-wear day!
